Project Manager

You will help create and design the best environment and effective, efficient day-to-day approaches for leading and managing digital and brand projects; delivering to the expected budget, quality, scope and time.


Responsible for

Managing digital and brand projects across multiple accounts.

Once onboarded, managing projects from kick-off to completion.

Delivering projects on-time, to the expected quality and scope, within the agreed timelines.

Managing studio capacity - planning capacity to support project planning, and managing weekly capacity schedules for the studio overall.

Providing day-to-day contact for clients and stakeholders.

Escalating project issues that impact the client account or business to the Account Directors.

Ensuring that on completion, projects are set-up with ongoing-support contracts as needed.

Key responsibilities

Contribute to estimates for new business proposals

Facilitating briefing

Manage internal project teams day-to-day, including individuals from across the creative, development and strategy teams

Maintain control across project budgets and schedules

Facilitate scoping and estimating

Ensure an agreed scope of work provides clarity on scope and budget

Support managing external suppliers when needed

Manage client and stakeholder relationships

Develop a deep understanding of client expectations, needs and constraints in order to deliver a strong service

Ensure studio capacity and project schedules are aligned

Offer Project Management thought-leadership and opinion (internally and externally)

Deliver a confident client facing role with strong communication skills

Being solutions oriented, helping to answer queries and resolve issues by liaising across the client and internal teams

Manage project risks appropriately, making the right judgement about when to escalate to the Project Directors

Report regularly to help deliver complete transparency and awareness of timelines, budgets, risks and issues internally and externally

Maintain detailed task lists

Provide hands-on tasks across areas including proof-reading, website and app testing, CMS training, content populating

Work closely with others in the Client Services team including Account Directors and Support Manager

 
Key requirements

At least 5 years+ Project Management experience

Strong digital project management experience

Professional Project Management qualifications, although not essential

Enthusiasm for design, creativity and technology

Ambition to explore new ways of working to support a agency evolving and growing

Attention to detail and experience testing and reviewing completed work

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently delivering to budget, time, scope and quality

Exceptional communication skills

Strong stakeholder management skills
